Been a while since I've written. Savannah asked me why I haven't written and I really don't know why... I think I've just forgotten. Tonight was my second performance of footloose! It's been so fun! Tomorrow's the last performance. :( I'll be sad when it's all over. But glad too. Who all went and saw it? Was it good?? I hope it was. I think it was... Well, time for bed... Good night to all! I did do the "Find out which Saved by the Bell character you are!" Quiz, but I don't think I'm anything like Slater... so I didn't put it up here. Plus that would mean Michelle and I dated (cuz she was Jessie). Which IS kinda ironic since I am dating a Jesse! But he's a guy- not Michelle, Thank the good Lord Jesus! Speaking of Michelle, Happy Birthday! I know it was a week ago, but your birthday PARTY is today and I'm about to leave to go, but I'm waiting on Jesse to hurry up and get here so we can go. Jeeeeez. Yesterday I found out that my grandpa died. I'm really sad about it. I watched my mom's face when she was finding out about it on the phone. I'll never forget the horror and shock in her eyes. That image will always stick with me. Please pray for my mom and me.

What Pattern Are You?
....I'm not sure that this test is very accurate. Yeah, that's me, I'm naughty.. ha! Most of the questions I had to guess on anyway because they were confusing, or I'd never heard of some of the choices, or none of the choices applied to me. Ohhh well.
I'm having a GREAT time with the Footloose rehearsals. I'm sooo psyched that I made it! I'm really happy for Michelle- she made a REALLY good part. Mine's alright, but then again, at least I made a part! I could just be an extra or not even in it at all, so I'm thankful to be the main character's Aunt Lulu. :) Everyone needs to come see it! It's gonna be great!

I'm at Jesse's house right now! He, Daniel, and Jon Moore are playing the guitars and drums. The am is right next to me and it's BLASTING in my ear! And he symbols are getting really annoying. Jesse's jumpin' around dancin all funny with his guitar. We went to Fazolli's tonight. I'd never even hear of the place. He was shocked. Is it that commonly known anyway? We rented a movie and we're going to watch it as soon as he gets done playing.
For anyone that's in band or knows Mr. Finley, I have a funny story. Jesse and his dad were lookin' through a magazine and they flipped to a cologne ad page where you can open the flap and smell it. I was in the kitchen at the time and they both went, "woah!! that's strong!" or something like that. I said, "what?" and started walking over there and Mr. Finley said, "Let Melissa smell. See if it'll turn her on." (!!!) I didn't catch it at first but after a second, I burst out laughing and said, "What did you just say?!" He's like, "Well, if it did, Jesse'd have to get a big bottle of it." I was laughing as I responded, "Nope, it doesn't do anything for me, Mr. Finley, but thanks for asking!" Hehe. I know I know- It's probably not as funny as Keith's wet crotch story, but hey, I try, ok?
Anyway, Woo! I'm full from eating! Tomorrow I have to be at work at 7:00AM and I'm working till 2:00pm. At 2:40, I'm going to be auditioning for Foot Loose. I think that'd be soooo cool if I made it. I hope Michelle makes it too. That would be TOO cool!!! :) Well... that's about it! Ta!

I'm cold and I'm wearing a sweater and sweat pants... what the hey? I just took a niiiice bath and now I'm all relaxed. I went to the mall today with Amy and we got some stuff. I bought Jesse's valentine's day gift. It's a pair of really nice khakis from the Buckle. Originally 56 bucks, but I got them for 25! Not bad, not bad at all. I also got Michelle's gift for her birthday coming up! I'm not going to say what IT is because she might read this... tee hee. But I think she'll like it. I got a Weezer button from Hot Topic too. It's the same as Michelle's, but it's the ONLY Weezer button that had, so I didn't have much of a selection. *sigh* I'm feelin' pretty good tonight. That's about it... -Melissa

Hellooo!
I haven't updated in a while! I went to a Mardi Gras Military Ball with Jesse on Saturday night and I had a blast!!!! We danced the night away! I love dancing with him so much! I guess that was kinda like our prom. :) There wasn't as much BOOTY dancing as there is at pace dances though! hehe! Anyway, I worked pretty much every second of this weekend and time I wasn't working, I was with Jesse. I swear, I'm soooo mad that I missed the super bowl! But I'm glad the patriots won, but I still really wished I could've seen it! I'm sure Jesse wasn't too heart broken that I was working through it. I would've been in the way since he went over to an "all men" super bowl party.
Anyway, Today was pretty good. I got a lot of compliments on my newly cut hair, I got a 97 on my DE biology test, and I don't have ANY homework! And I'm not working today! And I asked off for Friday and Saturday so I can be with Jesse. I haven't gotten to see him very much lately because he only comes home on the weekends and for the past 3 weeks, I've worked every day of the weekends, so this weekend is all ours. :)
I'm working tomorrow night too which isn't cool at all because this will be the 3rd Bible study I've missed! Gr! If you go to the Bible Study, please don't forget about me and think I'm a hethan that hates Bible Studies! I really like them actually... I just work all the time...
Savannah's rat died and I'm sad about that. I wanted to get a rat too, but I don't think I want to cuz I don't know if I'll be able to take care of it all the time, I don't want my room to smell, they cost $, my dad probably wouldn't let me, and I don't want it to die!!
By the way, if ANYONE knows, I want to know the name of the rat on Charlette's web!!! It's been bugging me soooo bad! Thank you...
Anyway, that's about it. My gum has lost all flavor. I hate that! I've only been chewing on it for about 15 minutes and it's like rubber now. Oh well. Good bye for now.

I just found out that Michelle wants to try out for footloose and I told Kim earlier that I wanted to but I never got around to signing up, but now that I know Michelle wants to, I feel more excited and inspired to go for it. I'm on the phone with Jesse. I'm so excited about going to the Military Ball with him on Saturday!! Yay! I'm kinda sad. I'm not gonna go to prom this year because Jesse's leaving in March for 5 and a half months and he'll be gone for prom. I'm not about to go with another guy and I'm not going to go without a date because that would be zero fun. I guess we'll go next year. He had BETTER be here for my senior prom. Anyway, I'm outta here.

I get to get really fancy and dressed up and he's gonna wear a tux! Oh it's gonna be great!!!! I gotta find someone to work for me though... I'm supposed to work from 2-8, but the ball starts at 7 and it takes an hour and a half to get there. They're gonna serve a fancy dinner, there's an OPEN bar (not that I'll be drinking, but still... that's cool, right?), and there'll be dancing! woo hoo! I love dancing with Jesse! We'll probably be one of the youngest couples there since he joined the CG so early. Most people will probably have kids at home, but I think it'll still be a lot of fun! I love getting all pretty for Jesse and seeing the look on his face when he first sees me. He makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. I can't wait till Saturday!
